Three Reasons Why Professional Bloggers are their own Bosses

There are two types of Bloggers in this world, those who blog part time, like me or those who blog full time.These people who blog full time have taken up Blogging as a profession and are hence called Professional Bloggers or Pro Bloggers, which was a term coined by Darren Rowse.Today I will tell you three good reasons why Professional Bloggers are their own Bosses -

Flexible Work
Pro Bloggers can blog about whatever they want, but usually they seem to stick to one category of topics such as blogging about Blogging, Technology, Life Tips Etc.But what work they do is totally up to them and their professional career depends on these kind of choices.

Flexible Timings
Don't get me wrong, Professional Bloggers do have a real job that earns them real money, but the timings of work can be flexible.You may want to wake up late and work late or wake up early and work, it is all up to you, if you are a pro blogger.

It's not like Bloggers write a couple of posts or articles a day and then go to sleep again, Amit Agarwal in one of his interviews to a News Channel has said that he puts in 8 to 10 hours of work some days.So it is like working a 9 to 5 job, but on your own timings.

No Nagging Bosses
There is no one around to keep nagging you to do this, do that.You decide your work for the day and you do it.You are the Boss and your Blog is your Company.

Apart from these three reasons, there are several other advantages of Blogging and being your own Boss -

The only travel time is the time you take to walk from your bed to your Laptop.
TV Breaks any time of the day, Loo breaks anytime of the day as well.
No one cares what you are wearing, no one cares that your hair looks like a birds nest, no one cares whether you are in your pajamas.
