Removing Passwords from PDF Files - How To?

Some PDF files will be free to open, while others are password protected.You may know the password for these PDF Files, but it is a very cumbersome task to enter the password each and every time you want to open these PDF files, especially when the files are hosted on your computer which only you have access to.

Not to worry, there is a very simple tool that will help you remove the passwords of your PDF files.This tool is called BeCyPDFMetaEdit, it can help remove the passwords of protected PDF files, but it works only on Windows.

  • Execute the above given program and it will ask you to select the PDF file.
  • Before Selecting, change the mode to "Complete Rewrite".
  • Move to the Security Tab and set the option of "Security System" to "No Encryption"
  • Click Save, You will no longer need a password for that particular PDF File.
It is as simple as that!
