MasterCard PayPass Wallet Services - New Way To Pay Online

MasterCard PayPass Wallet Services

MasterCard introduced the PayPass Wallet Services this week to make it easier for its clients to buy things from stores as well as online with just a tap or a click, The PayPass Wallet Services seem to be targeting to make buying an easier job, both online as well as offline.

PayPass Wallet Services has three components: PayPass Acceptance Network, PayPass Wallet and PayPass API which are the building blocks of the PayPass Wallet Services which will make it easier for you to shop.

PayPass Acceptance Network: The PayPass acceptance network includes both online and contactless payments, and gives merchants and shopkeepers an easy, safe and  consistent way to accept electronics payments across many different types of payments. One of the best things to come out of this is that NFC payments can be made in-store by tapping your mobile phone, and a new PayPass online element lets you check out at a retailer by clicking a PayPass button — automatically providing your shipping and payment information to a retailer without having to fill that information out each time you pay, this is a feature that will definitely save not only time but also money.

PayPass Wallet: Consumers can store their payment and shipping information in one secure place including American Express, Discover, Visa and other branded credit, debit and prepaid cards. This PayPass Wallet component will surely make housing payment and shipping information much safer and easier. The payment and shipping information would also be at an arms length whenever you want or a retailer wants it.

PayPass API: The PayPass API allows partners to join their own wallets into the PayPass network, and lets those partners user MasterCard’s check-out, fraud detection and authentication services. As we all know, MasterCard’s check-out is as secure as it gets, so integration with this has made the PayPass Wallet Services even more secure and safe as well as easy to use.

MasterCard PayPass Wallet Services is yet to be released to the whole world, the MasterCard PayPass Wallet Services will be first available in September or October in the countries of USA, Canada, Australia and will later come to other countries in Asia and Africa. However, there has been no official statement whether this MasterCard PayPass Wallet Feature would be released all over the globe or not.

So MasterCard PayPass Wallet Services is truly a New Way To Pay Online.
