I am sure that every serious blogger, webmaster tries to get backlinks from other websites, blogs and forums so that they can get a better Google Page Rank and better Search Engine Results.But did you know that links from unrelated content and unrelated websites can pass on very little link juice to your site?Backlinks From Related Niche Websites Are More Valuable.

If you are running a Tech Blog like me, you would do well if you get backlinks from techgau.org techlineinfo.com or labnol.org as these are authority sites in the Niche.These links can mean much better rankings than when you get links from say perezhilton.com.

So whatever your site is about, look for authority sites in that Niche and then try to get backlinks from them.
